The equal opportunity ball has started in Vasilați: the 474 students of the Constantin Brâncoveanu Junior High School can learn robotics and programming for free
Today, at the invitation of the extraordinary Director Iulia Stoica, I had the honor to represent the Association of Robotics, Educational Technologies and Applied Sciences ARTESA at the celebration of Robotics Day. Constantin Brâncoveanu High School from Vasilați, Călărași County, on the occasion of which we announced to the communities of Vasilați, Nuci and Popești (and beyond), the start of the educational robotics and programming project Rural Summer Camps which the ARTESA Association will carry out in collaboration with Constantin Brancoveanu Vasilati Secondary School, during the summer vacation, FREE, for all 474 students of the school who will want to enroll.
Of course, a project of such magnitude would not have been possible without a worthy sponsor, and we thank you. Hidroelectrica, a vital company for a strategic sector that fully understands that early education in future fields, such as robotics, is essential for our development as a nation.
We, at the ARTESA Association of Robotics, Educational Technologies and Applied Sciences, hope that other sponsors will join our effort so that the project becomes a permanent one, from which future generations can also benefit.
The Equal Opportunities Ball was started today in a small community and it is within our power, all of us, to make it bigger and bigger!
