Ways to support
Sponsorship contract (legal entities)
Companies paying corporate income tax can support ARTESA projects through a sponsorship contract. Within the limits provided by the Fiscal Code, the sponsored amount can be deducted from the corporate income tax due, up to the lower of:
• 0.75% of turnover;
• 20% of the corporate income tax due.

Form 177 (legal entities)
Form 177 allows companies paying corporate income tax that have not fully used the annual ceiling for sponsorships to request ANAF to redirect the remaining amount to ARTESA.
The amount is transferred by ANAF, based on a sponsorship contract, and does not require an additional payment from the company.
The form is submitted by the legal deadline for filing the annual corporate income tax return. The exact date is updated each year.

Form 230 (individuals)
Through Form 230, eligible individuals can direct up to 3.5% of their annual income tax to ARTESA. The redirection does not involve any additional payment, as the amount is transferred from the tax already owed to the state.
The form is submitted each year by May 25, for income earned in the previous year, and can be completed and signed entirely online.
