The first steps in the world of robotics – the beginning of robotics workshops in Vasilați

Over the course of a few days, we took important steps on our path to transforming rural education, conducting robotics demonstration sessions for students from Constantin Brancoveanu Vasilati Secondary School.
For many of these children, it was not only their first real encounter with robots, but also the moment they learned what robotics means.
I told them that technology is not something distant, but a tool that they can understand and control, and that the future can be built in villages, not just in cities.
The children's response was extraordinary!
In the demonstrations in all 3 school buildings, the School with Floors, the School at the Train Station and the School in Prozanic, we encountered the same open spirit and the same desire to learn everywhere.
Curious looks, raised hands, smiles and lots of questions. They confirmed to us, without saying it directly, that a project like ours is indispensable for any rural community in Romania.
We were also impressed by the teachers, who welcomed us warmly, invited us into their classes, and supported us in informing parents and in dialogue with them.
In the lady Director Iulia Stoica We found not just a project partner, but a true community leader, who understood the value of such an initiative from the beginning.
Thank you Hidroelectrica, a company that doesn't just light up homes, it also lights up minds.
The support provided made it possible for the Rural Summer Camps project, which will start on July 1, to be freely accessible to all children in the school, regardless of their conditions.
Yes, what we do may seem like a drop in an ocean, as pessimists would say, but we, at the ARTESA Association, know that every ocean is made up of drops.
