Next step: Robotics and Programming Hub in Vasilați
The project Autumn is counting the robots brought together over a hundred children from Vasilați, Nuci and Popești who discovered their passion for technology, programming and teamwork. Their enthusiasm and the results of the first months of activity showed us that this journey is just beginning.
Thanks to the involvement of the Mayor of Vasilați commune, Mr. Christian Vasile, and the firm promises of support from ARTESA partners, the project will continue, in an expanded form, after the New Year, certainly until the end of the school year!
The support of the gentleman Christian Vasile It shows how much he believes in the importance of education for the children in his community. It is a gesture of trust and an example of direct involvement, which made the expansion of the project possible.
Thus, starting in January, activities will continue under the name Robotics and Programming Hub, a complex project that will last until the summer holidays and will offer children more hours of practice, applied projects and preparation, including for the 2025 robotics competitions.
Robotics and Programming Hub will work in the new Robotics Laboratory from the Railway Station School, which has become an open space where students can learn, experiment and collaborate under the guidance of coaches from the ARTESA Association team.
It is a natural stage and proof that good things grow where there is trust, partnership, and a shared desire to offer children from rural areas the same opportunities as those in cities.
